How long does it take to receive my order?

Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds as each item is designed and handmade especially for you, there are no refunds once your order has been placed.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed and your design has been created and made, no changes can be made.
Washing instructions for The Custom Co products?
Products can be washed on delicate cold machine was using phosphate free detergent. Do not use any harsh bleaches or abrasive products. Iron on low heat.
