Shipping policy

The Custom Co posts to any location within Australia and internationally. We use standard Australia Post & local couriers, we also endeavour to produce and send orders out as soon as possible. Please see our production times for each products.

Once orders have left our warehouse we have no control over delivery, we provide tracking number via email. If in the rare event that your order is delayed/missing in the post it is best to contact the shipping company directly with your tracking number so they can follow this up further 

Please note The Custom Co does not take any responsibility for incorrect delivery on behalf of Australia Post/Aramex any disputes in regards to delivery need to made with them directly.

Please make sure all postal and email address are entered correctly as The Custom Co does not hold any responsibility for items lost, or sent to incorrect address (disputes need to be taken up with the shipping company for any lost items in transit).
