• We will crop the image to match the selected style and remove the background, so please ensure your pet’s head or full body is completely visible. Ears, feet and tail should not be cut off or hidden by the background.

• The clarity of the final print depends on the clarity of the image provided. High-resolution images will produce the best results.

• Avoid photos that are too dark or overexposed. A well-lit, head-on photo works best.

Important Note:
For ease of shipping, larger pillows are folded and vacuum packed. Any creases from packaging will naturally disappear within 3–5 hours after opening.
